Peerless Dry Cleaners

My husband had a business meeting in Canberra and his suit needed freshening up and I dropped it off at the Indooroopilly shopping centre. Although I understand it went to Toowong.
The suit was expensive and had been kept in polythene and was unmarked when I checked it and decided it just needed a freshen up. I dropped it at the cleaners, took it out of the plastic and showed them that it had no stains but just needed a freshen.
When I picked it up it was in plastic, we did not check it and it went straight into my husbands case in the plastic. When he arrived at the hotel in Canberra and removed it from the plastic there were holes in it. As I now understand, moth holes. awful substandard service and am very dissatisfied with them and their unfriendliness, the clasp on a set of trousers i dropped in was broken, when asked what they could do about it (when I had to follow them up about it) they simple said they did not cover clasps or buckles damage just the material and that it was simply 'too bad'. they did not offer a discount on the dry cleaning round that damaged the pants in the first place. would avoid if able to, there is much better customer service dry cleaners around
