Don't go there, PEET are thieves. PEET is all a scam, a dishonest scheme, a fraud. Please don't go there. They sold me a block of land confirming that I could build a double storey house and then it turned out it wasn't allowed. They didn't refund my deposit.

Not helpful and not negoatiable at all, staff gave inaccurate information, delay reply. DON'T trust them if they said they will give you any free service. Those service is not up-to-standard, like long waiting time few monthts to 6 months!

Am I realising lately OR many of them know this already?

It looks like Peet has broken promises and is hungry for money. In Livingston estate of Cranbourne East all the residents were promised low density, a school, Livingston village (mini shopping centre ), ovals, a bus route inside the estate, etc etc.

We purchased land in cardinia lakes Pakenham about 2 years ago. When we purchased it we were told that
1. Our land definitely did NOT have any fill on it. WRONG! $3000 dollars later we have 10 piers at the back of the house!
2. We have a very wide nature strip on the opposite side of the road which buts up to a very busy walking track and farm land. We were told by the sales rep that this was going to be landscaped and a post and rail fence would be erected. Well we are two years down the track from purchase and after five visits to the office to complain, being told every time, when they finally got back to us, that it would be about three weeks until they start landscaping . This area is now covered in weeds up to my hips and fallen dead trees, NO LANDSCAPING, NO POST AND RAIL FENCE and I was told that it is no longer PEETS problem but the councils. So... ...read more

We had an urgent matter regarding our property in their estate in Pakenham Victoria and We found them really careless, never reply e-mails, too slow and not helpful what so ever, now they are topping my list of "worst Customer Service" ...
