Great place to hire boats, stand up paddle boards, kayaks and more. Very friendly staff who can also help you plan your trip out on the river. The added bonus is the coffee in food - I rate this as the best coffee in Noosa and it's available all day!
Highly recommended for any visitors in the area looking for some fun or just a coffee.
New Owners have terrible service. Booked a boat on Saturday for New Year’s Holiday on the Monday and when we got there they have given it to someone else. Had mates travel 2 hours to Noosaville and our boat had been given to someone else. Terrible service. I used to know the old owners and the new owners have no idea about how to look after good customers. Didn’t even get a sorry out of them.
Never use Pelican boat hire.... You're just a number not actually a customer.
Try these guys, O boat hire, U boat hire and T boat hire...(all just along the river)

We're really sorry that your booking was not in place too. With a review like this, it is important that the facts be made very clear. You were asked to ring and pay a deposit to secure the booking for the busiest day of the year ...... but we never heard from you. We didn't have a phone number to contact you and had to assume you had other plans. We apologised to you in the shop on the day and explained your oversight but couldn't provide another boat as every other boat had been booked by someone who was prepared to pay a deposit. Our business is absolutely committed to providing great service (as our other reviews can attest) so your review is pretty unfair given that you made the mistake. We're very sorry we couldn't satisfy you.
