Service was absolutely terrible!!! Saw a doctor yesterday and he ordered urgent blood tests, he was away today so he asked that I call the centre for the results. I called at 8.30am and was told someone would look at them and contact me either way if I needed to come in again or not based on results.
I explained if there was something in the results to discuss I would like to know asap so I could book an appointment and come in.
I called again at 11am and was told the results were not back yet, I explained that I was told they were this morning, was put on hold and told someone would look at them and call me.

Great medical centre excellant gp and they take time to help and assist when your not feeling well
Dr S king has great knowledge friendly and is genrally a terrific GP
Nurses friendly
Overall would give this medical centre is clean and friendly and i give it a 5 star rating
Doctors are fantastic and if that wasn't the case I would never go back. Getting a appointment is near impossible due to the fact they are always booked out and according to the management you should have a weeks notice before you or you children gets unwell. They look and speak down to you and make it sound like they are doing you a personal favor to book in a appointment. I am only one among many of friends family who feel the same way about this rude unhelpful management.
They speak to you terribly and you get a different answer from each person you speak to.
I will never go back. God forbid you need an appointment or results urgently.
