Penfold Jewellers

Completely pathetic! Do not even consider going here for any sort of jewellery repair (more specifically to re-size a wedding ring). They have ruined my wedding ring. 2 weeks they had my ring and the quality of workmanship is on par to a shop b student at a local high school. Upon leaving the store (with the ring), I immediately took it to another jeweler to see if they could bring it up 'normal' standard. Clueless tools!

I needed some valuation done for my jewellery for insurance purposes and these guys organised the valuation while I waited and browsed at some of their jewellery. As someone who knows jewellery, I was in complete awe of some of the most exquisite and elegant pieces of jewellery they have. I did end up buying a pair of custom ear-rings that day but will be back for more. Oh - and the getting the valuation done was a breeze. I would highly recommend Penfold Jewellers if you are looking for that something unique. The staff being very knowledgeable & friendly is always a bonus!!!

I have received very disappointing service.

11 day turnaround to get earrings valued without even a phone call. when i expressed my disappointment, all i was told in return was that they must have been busy.
