Do not go here. Poor service. Was told not to concentrate on the technical features of the car because "it's a bit too technical for [me]" by a salesman - which I am assuming is based on what I look like. (Female and young adult). They lost a sale that day and I really do not recommend going here if you want a good price or good service. The salesman also did not bother to sit me or any of my party down at a proper table to discuss any quotes but instead gave us a quotation range ($28k-31k for the Mazda 3 Touring we were inquiring about) OUTSIDE of the dealership in the sun after a drive test.
Recently made a purchase at Penfold Mazda. Negotiated with sales rep for some extras before we came to a deal, however sales rep did not enter the extras we negotiated into the sales contract and upon pick up I found the discrepancies in what we bought to what we received. Management staff said it is all hear say and can not be honoured. Very unethical way of hooking customers in!
If Megan (see below) bought a Mazda 2, I think we encountered the same attitude problem at this dealership. I went back there because we bought our Mazda 323 from the dealership in 1993. I booked for a test drive for a 2013 Mazda 2 Neo. When I got there, I was completely ignored by the sales rep. Half star for one of the sales management who was dragged out by a particular staff because the assigned sales rep was too busy with other. They did their duty to get the car out for me, but apart from ignoring me from time to time, they told me that I had to be back from the test drive within 15 minutes! By the time I got back and sat down to get a price list, they told me the 2013 are all gone, and suggested I should just pay an extra $300 to get ...read more
Purchased a new car early in the new year, as I wasn't in a hurry for the new car I advised I wanted a car manufactured in the new year, rather than the previous years model, I was advised this would take 6-8 weeks to arrive into the country, as opposed to taking last years model of which they had in stock. The deal was done and deposit was made. However in the next few weeks I received many phone calls from the sales rep who had 'great news' they had a car available now instead of having to wait, and that it really didn't matter that it was last years model as it was exactly the same car (no offer of a price reduction either!)
