Disappointed with Peninsula Holden does not begin to describe my experience. I took my 2004 Holden Statesman to Peninsula Holden after having electrical issues post body repairs. There had been issues that appeared to have resulted from having the car repaired.. and the NRMA suggested I find a reputable local Holden repairer that would have knowledge of the vehicle. AS advised I booked the vehicle in for investigation & repair to the electrical issues that included a constant drain on the battery supply. Many weeks later I received an Invoice for $788 that included a replacement battery but the vehicle still had the same issues that it had when it went in for repair. Bottom line is that Peninsula Holden staff could not repair the vehicle and when I was called to pick it up and ready to go, I waited hours while "mechanics" were still trying to get the vehicle to start. I did get the car home but the next day the new battery was dead and once started with a ...read more
Tim's the friendliest sales guy I've ever met. He wows me from start to finish. This car is the biggest investment after my house so naturally I am scared. But Tim allays my concerns and makes me feel comfortable. I've been the proud owner of 3 cars - Hyundai, Toyota and Chrysler. Holden is new to me so it's normal I have many questions. But you know what? Tim is so patient and answers me with respect - just what I need. Best of all, throughout the entire experience, there's no pressure to buy - what a wonderful feeling, my first in any showroom. In a few months' time, I will return to comment on the car itself. But as it's now, Holden Commodore SV6 Black Edition 3.6L is a beautiful car and drives effortlessly. Thumbs up for Tim & Peninsula Holden Bankstown.
I have had nothing but positive experiences here.
Staff were really friendly and knowledgeable.
Plenty of options for choice across new cars with multiple franchises on site and good selection of used cars
Located in Bankstown on the corner of main intersection.
Lots of parking.
Coffee and toilet facilities on site
Hi All, when the VFII Redline was released, I was in the marlet for one. I tried all the dealers in Sydney and called interstate as well. As My Dad bought his commodore from Peninsula Holden, I left my inquiry to them till last. Not only did they look after me, they we the most honest with stock availability and the sharpest price by far.
Pre delivery was perfect, gased up and their finance was most competitive.
Mr Darren Kumar poped in to say G'Day and was most intrested in the sale and if there was anything else the group could do for me.
Customer service at its best.
So impreseed several other family members have purchaed in the lsat few months.
Thank you to all the staff, much appreciate.
I strongly do not recommend Kumar Motors at Bankstown. I purchased a brand new car and asked for a navigator to be installed. I found out 3 years later after trying to update my maps that not only did they install a navigator already 3 years old into my brand new car (meaning my navigator is now 6 years old) but they also refuse to provide support to upgrade my maps. Very disappointed customer. Shame on you Kumar Motors.
