Pennant Hills Bowling Club

This club used to be great but is now rubbish. Took 10 people for dinner last night and the food and service were terrible. We ordered our food and more than 30 minutes went past before I decided to ask where it was. I was told it was on the counter and we had been given a buzzer which they had been buzzing. We were never given a buzzer, although the staff all argued that we had. Where was it? We took our food, most of which was stone cold.

Imagine our surprise when Joel, the barman came over to me and complained that I had been rude to the staff. If saying we did not get a buzzer, which is totally true, is rude, they don't know what rude is.

Ten to 20 of us go out every Wednesday and regularly visit the Penno Bowlo. Never again and I can see why there were so few people there. The place has gone to the dogs.

Very ordinary. Very expensive: one starter and one main $50 - and that's without drinks. ordered creamy prawns with jasmine rice for starter. Menu says 6 prawns: I only got 5. Well we've tried it
after the renovations - and we won't be back.

Never received that amount of attitude from a bar staff before. Childish and unprofessional.
