Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else to have your pictures framed. They could be the best framer in the world and I wouldn't go back due to their terrible, terrible customer service. On my two visits to the studio, to drop off and pick up a picture, I left with a bad taste in my mouth, kicking myself for having given them the job in the first place. Next time I'll take my business elsewhere - they'll never see another cent from me.
Don't think I or my Mother in law(both local artists with lots of work to be framed) have ever experienced such rude customer service. Their attitude was unbelievable. We walked into this shop with 2 items we were hoping to get framed and were treated with such disinterest. It took some time to turn their attention from the computer screen to acknowledge we were even there. Then we were subjected to a lecture on how they are over people just marching in, plonking there stuff down and expecting instant service and to get their work done in a couple of days before a long weekend.
