We are happy with our new blinds and the service we received. Donna in the office is very friendly ,organised and helpful, able to give professional advice. Aaron is efficient and friendly. Other than waiting for two months to get our quote ( over December), we cannot fault their products / service.We do recommend this local friendly family business.
I rang Penrith Blinds today to organise to get a quote for blinds right throughout my whole house. After some time waiting, Aaron came back with a day that did not suit me. He then suggested a day the following week and I said that could work. When I asked what time they would be here, he said 7:30am. I said oh no, that's way too early, could they come about 9:30am - 10:00am. He then said something that suggested to me he was going to see if he could organise an appointment late in the day but then said he couldn't. He basically said that was the only time they could come. I said but that doesn't suit me. To my utter amazement, he said you might have to find someone else to give you a quote. I said you are kidding. He said no, I'm not. I said don't you want the business and he said no, I don't and then promptly hung up on me!! From the moment I first contacted the staff at Penrith Blinds I knew that the whole process was going to be a stress free and pleasant experience, the staff at Penrith Blinds were so helpful and professional, nothing seemed to be a problem. I rarely find trades that I feel I need to thank, but in this case I must let everyone out there know how satisfied and pleased I am with Lance and the team at Penrith Blinds..... Thank you so much, I will be using them again shortly and am looking forward to the the fantastic results that these guys and girls achieve.
