I had a bad experience there, I was told numerous things that were then corrected by others at your stall, I was told one thing then 3 months later told another thing. At the time, the RRP was higher than others, and my overall experience with the staff made me feel bad. I suggested dying the dress and the staff on the day made me feel like an idiot for doing that. I mentioned the mother of the bride dresses and the staff essentially said that's not a thing anymore, and my mum was so sad over that, a simple we don't stock those kinds of dresses would've been nice. I was crying over this last night and i thought that was the simplest thing to write as a review was the price, then i emailed them asking about a price on my receipt, melinda replied saying it was for custom length and that was explained at purchase...

Lovely until they get your money!
Connie and her mother were so lovely the first time I went to the store. Giving me compliments about how good I looked in the dress, recommending me places to get my nails done, dress shops for my mum to find her dress, asking questions about my ceremony and reception etc.

Purchased Wedding Dress for $2990 they insisted on using their alterations lady and I went ahead and had $770 of alterations to Wedding Dress including shortening hem. When I picked up Dress I advised the dress was not right as the hem underneath could be seen. I was told I was incorrect and that it was hemmed perfectly. I trusted the team as they were the 'professionals'. I received 229 full length photos from these photos the inner hem was visible in 215 photos or 93%.
The dress was not at an adequate standard, it was defected and didn't look acceptable. They confirmed the hem was longer than the outer lay and my bridesmaids should have pulled it to the sides, very helpful being told after the wedding. They refunded the hem $350. To me this is unacceptable. They also advised I should lose the weight and redo my photos.
I bought my wedding dress from Penrith Bridal Centre, and I was very pleased I did. Great service provided, efficient, professional, friendly staff, great quality from Aussie designer Wendy Makin, good value, made me feel comfortable despite my size (with multiple dresses in sixe 18 bridal ready to try on), many options available, received the dress in 1 month with the express delivery, as I only ordered the dress 3 months before the wedding. Bought the second dress I tried on (I kept looking for a bit, but always came back to this one!), plus sparkly belt and sparkly hair piece. I would definitely recommend them to other brides. I got married this weekend, and what a wonderful day it was. I wouldn't have received all of the compliments that I did, had I not been standing in the gown of my dreams. As Melinda said when we chose this together, if you feel amazing in a gown, you really can see it on your face, and I could not stop beaming, all day. My Groom LOVED it and it really is the most beautiful I have ever felt. I can't thank you enough for your guidance and patience with me. Even when I wanted a few changes made to the gown, nothing was too much trouble. I love this store and when my sister starts looking for her dress later this year, there isn't any other store we will go to. A+ girls! Love Ellen xx
