Penrith Express Removals

Worst removalist company ever! Please do yourselves a favour and DO NOT pick these people.
We had made a booking and paid a deposit to confirm our arrangements. We were told the removalists would arrive at our place on the day of moving between 8am and 9am. At 9am we received a call from Olivia advising that due to the fact it was raining, they could not move us. When we asked when the move could be rescheduled we were told they were fully booked and couldn't help.
I am 6 months pregnant and my husband has a bad back so they left us well and truly in the lurch. The customer service is appalling. I would never use these people again!!!

very dissapointed with the company used a removalist so things wouldnt get damanged 2 men carried out fridge and washer one keep saying it was to slippery to carry. they should of used trolly damanged door frame and large scratch in door when i pointed it out they both said wasnt them only to point out the paint they scraped off was on the floor. i could go on and on just be wary i recommend you dont use.No reduction to fix door didnt care.

Unprofessional, late & damaged my wall.
Informed Olivia beds needed to be taken apart. She said it wouldn't be a problem & still the same price.
When removalist arrive they said they didn't know anything about it & charged $150 to undo 2 beds! Couldn't get our furniture until the funds were transferred with proof! Only got a reduction to $120 as they damaged my wall.
It was a small truck & we didn't have that much furniture & still couldn't fit all our stuff.
Very late with arrival of furniture and wonders why my husband was angry who waited over 2 hrs for them to deliver the furniture.
Not professionals, very ripped off!
