Oh no after procrastinating for two months I realised I only had TWO HOURS left to organise the gas board's "free gas installation deal" so I contacted Penrith Gas Shop who got on to it right away and made it all happen. My new hot water system and extra bayonets were installed without any drama. The guys were lovely and even cleaned up where they had drilled through the wall. it's 10 out of 10 from me.
Wow shocked by how rude and disrespectful customer service was! Don't waste your time. Your better off going to other businesses, who appreciates you as a customer.
I agree, went there 4 years ago and the older gentleman who served me and my husband was EXTREMELY rude and obnoxious. I ended up hunting down owner just to let him know how rude the man was. I've never been back because of that experience. Truly was unbelievable
Such a professional company to deal with, had my Jetmaster fireplace installed by Graham and the boys and it turned out exactly how my wife and I had envisioned. Turned up and completed job on time and in an efficient manner. They cleaned and removed all rubbish and left site clean and tidy. Thanks again Penrith Gas Shop
Worst experience ever cheaper is not always better paid for a ducted gas system paid all money up front 6 months later system was still not installed. Way to many phone calls made that were never returned. very rude customer service. When system was eventually installed no instructions on how to use it were given do yourself a favour shop elsewhere
