I had a terrible experience at this seafood shop, worst service for 2015. I'm an avid foodie but when i came to this store with a friend of mine to order a simple item off their menu, they mixed my order with my friends which was a fair enough mistake. However what ensued after, having to recite a story to explain to the workers that they simply just mixed the order numbers up seemed like it took an hour. then a person who appeared to be the management throws the seafood sticks and calamari onto the table out of frustration at us. Was it our fault you all screwed the order numbers up highly unprofessional and all we did was sit there and helplessly wait after ordering. Don't go here if you want to experience below par service. Other than that the seafood was good, but in the hospitality industry 78% of success is dependent upon the impression you leave the customer with, and yours fails.

Fresh seafood, fresh or cooked, gets really busy sometimes and you have to queue but is worth the wait. Delicious seafood baskets , best in the area

Great food, sub par service at best. I have twice now had to wait 30mins for my food, finding out later that they had forgotten to cook it. That's understandable, this stuff happens and I was happy to wait for it to be made. Finally to be called up to the counter 5mins later, to have the food just left there without being closed and the person that called me up just turn around and ignore me when I told them twice what drink I wanted to complete my meal. After that I shrugged and just stood there with a shocked expression on my face. To be fair I was helped by another person after awhile, then left. If you can't be bothered to give the slightest attention to your customer, even one that is very polite, you should not be in the service industry.

I eat there all the time!! I am obsessed, best seafood... Very fresh and delicious.
