I would not use them again. Once they have your deposit they loose interest very quickly. Its all about what they cant do rather than what they can do. Very dissapointed. They even messed up the concrete apron so the water pools in front of the garage.

Penrith Sheds have the market advantage of getting back to you quickly with a quote. That's it. Be very wary in the those early stages. While marketed as the 'one stop shop' we had surprises along the way such as they did not want connect the storm water and build the absorption pit (on the plans and not on the exclusion list) and the time for the build dragged out far too long. The old saying is Good/Cheap/Fast - pick two. We got to only pick one...'Good' as the shed is decent but it was an expensive and slow project. My advice is to go to the extra effort of dragging quotes out of other builders in the intial stages and be very careful in establishing what they will and will not do even though they are 'managing' the build and should be up front about it.

I emailed these guys for a quote on a small garden shed for my rear yard. On the same day, I emailed around 4 other business' and this was the only place that decided to return my email and call me back. I spoke with the manager here who was able to provide me with a quote that same day. Good service this days is hard to find and I thank you.

At this stage, I'm not ready to go ahead with my quote, but will be keeping these guys in mind in the future. Cheers!
