I bought a used car from penrith toyota an i45 Hyundai 2011 they sold me a lemon it was under warranty at the time they claimed they fixed the car. The car was back and forward at Toyota's technician only to have a Band-Aid fix there was on going issues with the car. They failed to fix the car knowing that (warranty) was running out then when (warranty) ran out "conveniently" the motor dew to a faulty oil lite there was no way to know that there was no oil in the motor the for the motor seized. I bought the car for $12000 and toyota made me spend $6000 to fix motor and due to toyota not fixing the problems with the car the car is not "drivable " I have a disability and on the pension and I have to have an operation which will leave me frail I'm out of a car and will have to rely on taxis as a way to get around as I won't have the money to buy a nother car or even repair the car that toyota failed to fix and know the transmission needs to be fix. Worst and most unprofessional service staff I've ever experienced.
I puchased a GTS86 New with all the extras, after taking it in for the 1000km check up upon picking up my car at the end of the day I noticed scratched all over the inside door well.

the WORST service car purchase experience my husbands company has ever received. A brand new 2017 toyota kluger was delivered to the company damaged and dirty. An $83,000 car received in such a terrible condition and now Toyota Penrith do not want to replace the vehicle, but "fix" the vehicle. should have been delivered in an impeccible condition. we paid for a brand new car, not a brand new car that has been repaired. an Absoultey awul experience. will not be recommending this dealership

Extremely bad overall service. I put my car in to be serviced and upon return noticed 4 long scratches on the drivers door. I questioned the mechanic who serviced my car and was basically shunned off and said it was my fault/problem, because I am a woman on my own they treated me with the utmost disrespect and pushed their errors off and refused to admit to these scratches. Luckily my daughter and I had been taking photos of the car that morning so I have before and after evidence of the damage they did to my car, which I will be sending off along with a long complaint form to the Department of Fair Trading. Best advice to anyone & everyone do not book in for a service here.
