me and my husband attended this Ultrasound clinic for my 20 week mid trimester scan and it was disappointing. They always appear to be running late ( however i dont mind if the service is good?) This scan went for 10 mintues and we felt rushed and there was no confirmation of gender. I understand some times the view of the baby may be limited, however it felt rushed and not a consistent approach. I guess i was hoping for good service considering it cost $255 and it wasnt a public clinic? ( medicare rebate of $86.30) My dating and 1st trimester scan was good and prformed by a lady who was professional and had experence. If you attend this place make sure you ask for an experienced sonographerand book an early apt as they clearly rush and dont care much when your the last appointmnet for the day. My sonographer was a younger male and appeared to tried.
I attended the rooms this morning for a 37 week scan. Me and my husband were shocked in disbelief, our scan went for 10 minutes and the staff doing the scan was rude and not friendly at all. I was very disappointed and will be letting them know. I had no prints printed off and felt I was rushed through. For the price we pay for these scans it would be nice to be shown some professionalism for something so special as a pregnancy.
We would like to follow this up if the patient could please email our rooms
at ([email protected]) with details. Many circumstances restrict the ability to obtain images including position and size. Cathy
I completey understand... 7 years later and the same thing has happened to me at my 20 week scan very disappointing. scan went for 10 mintues and we felt rushed and there was no confirmation of gender. I understand some times the view of the baby may be limited, however it felt rushed and not a consistent approach. I was disappointed as I consider going into this service was meant to be a better quality compared to going public? its cost me $255 ( medicare rebate of $86.30)
