I am in such disbelief at the incredibly poor service this company provided to me, and I wish I had never hired anything from them for my wedding. I paid a month in advance, and ordered quite a few items. Firstly, they didn't deliver the day before the wedding as planned. So to make it up to us, they claimed they would put the items into place when they delivered the day of the wedding, but instead they just dumped them outside the reception hall, leaving it up to my groom and groomsmen to move around wine barrels and decorations in the half an hour before the wedding. Unacceptable! This company made me so distressed I was crying before my ceremony. And worst of all, they didn't deliver the ever so crucial cupcake tower and cake stand at all, they delivered some incorrect items instead and so did not deliver what was promised. Terrible terrible service. Would not recommended anyone deals with this company. Hard to reach, not understanding at all.
Company wouldn't refund deposit after fiancee was diagnosed with brain tumour. Instead, decided to threaten me for the above review with their "solictiors".
