Pensione Hotel Sydney

Cockroaches. I would never stay here again. I woke up to a cockroach in my room which is obviously disgusting. I tried to trap it in a glass and it ran further into the bed and I lost it under the bed covers. I had to get to a meeting first thing so I had to bring all of my things into the bathroom and get ready in there. This hotel is super unclean, would not recommend. I told the hotel staff when I was checking out and they just said sorry and that they would get someone to clean the room (I was checking out anyway so it was a bit late for me). Another issue for this place - they've still got $100 being held on my credit card and it's 5 days later. I've already paid the full amount of the room and was not offered any type of compensation for essentially sleeping with a huge cockroach in their room. Don't even bother going here.

One of the best locations for a hotel that is right at the heart of Chinatown in Sydney. Even though the price is very affordable, you could expect more on cleanliness and overall accommodation service. My room and bathroom is not only modern in design but clean as well which is a big plus for me. You could really see that the hotel is well maintained by the management. Will be staying here again soon not only because the place is affordable, but mainly due to the nice people here.
