Unfortunately the same story as everyone else. "Paypal is unavailable, you have to pay via EFT to ship today." Item was never in stock and after waiting patiently cancelled my order - excuse after excuse why I haven't been refunded my money.
I suggest everyone report it to ACCC and the Office of Fair Trading. they might get shutdown.
I had previously ordered off Penta and had no problems. This time I had issues and have to agree what extremely bad service. Won't be ever using them again. Have asked for a refund by end of business toaday but suspect this won't happen. Never have I dealt with such arrogant people. Don't use them.
Just wan to keep this current. These guys are a joke. The cheap prices don't make up for the long delays and poor service. Bought an item "in stock" and it's still not here after two week. I could get it from the US faster. I actually had another 50 grand plus on IT spend that i won't use on them after this. Please stay away from these guys.
I wish I had checked here first. Same story again......I ordered an item in mid February, after they said that they had the item in stock - paid by EFT (a mistake I regret), I was advised I would receive it in the next few days, after chasing it during the next 2 weeks was eventually advised that the item wasn't in stock and I would have to pay more to obtain it now. This wasn't acceptable so I requested a refund - now nearly 3 months after this all started I still haven't received the refund (5 emails and 4 phone calls). I will post here if and when I ever receive the refund...............beware!
Pentagroup I heard and read about them that are shocking. But after all the bad comments, I have to order them because that is the only company who has stock and cheapest price for Toshiba R700 07D011
I was afraid before submitting the order. I called them for the stock availability and I was surprised with my first call; There Customer support is very good and very helpful and they helped me to buy that laptop.
They guaranteed me it will be ship out by same day. It was happen exactly they said to me. I received my laptop following next day.
I am very happy with their Service.
