I have found John the owner to be nothing but helpful. They have built all the furniture in my house. An when he didnt have exactly what I wanted we designed it from scratch. If ever I had a problem with something or it wasnt quite right he replaced it as soon as possible or had it re-made. I couldn't complain about the customer service I have received and would recommend anyone go there if they want something made especially for them.
We purchased a $500 slat bed from Peppercorn House & have had nothing but drama.
* Poor customer service not ringing us to advise bed had arrived;
* Bed sides different colour from bed head and bed base;
* No apology issued
* Correct bed sides ordered & picked up & then found to NOT fit bed as brackets drilled on incorrectly
* Again no apology issued
* Still waiting after 1 week for them to arrive to fix bed.
