Did a four night stay at this hotel and found it to be worth every cent.
It's not a cheap place to stay, but the service and amenities are fantastic. The location is superb, staff friendly, and you must try the hotel's restaurant "Lime & Pepper" - foodies heaven!
Would definitely recommend those looking for a little luxury to stay here.
Absolute luxury at a price.
We were lucky to spend 3 nights here in March 2009. We had a Grand Penthouse, which was absolutely huge.
Our penthouse had a king size bed in the bedroom and its own little lounge room. Double shower in a spacious bathroom, separate toilet. Full size complete kitchen, there was even a dish washer and a separate small laundry. Dining room and lounge were massive. Off the small and large lounge there were full sized balconies.
The part I liked the best was the stairs to the upsatirs balcony/bbq area. On this balcony there was a small pool with a glass front facing the ocean. It was only four metres square, but pure luxury just the same.
I hope one day to return and would recomend Peppers Palm Cove to anyone seeking a little luxury.
Stay here and never want to leave! This is a truly divine establishment. The rooms are beautiful and impeccably maintained. They are spacious, modern and have every conveince needed if you are staying in an apartment rather than a room. The 3 pools are vast. The main pool has beautiful white sands on the edge which our children played along for hours. Attention to detail means that everything you need for a holiday is provided right down to noodles for kids to swim with, board games to borrow, tour desks to help you manage your stay, and delightful staff who make you feel like this is your home. The bathroom products are scrumptious. The option of being able to cater in your own room is great for a family. Two minor flaws: the breakfast served here is not of the standard you expect of a 5star resort and the day spa mix ups in their "menus" meant I paid $220 for a service I did not really want because they had forgotten to update their staff. Going back very soon - can't wait!
