Peppers The Sands Resort

I like cold but if I want to freeze then I can go to Mt Buller. I mean, even our waitress -once we were eventually being served (very slow indeed) complained about the cold. Food was average, not huge portions and over priced. Personally, while I came here to satisfy my curiosity, I am now no longer that curious.

Very disappointed with Peppers The Sands Resort. I have a voucher that I purchased last year for xmas and wished to use with my partner. The voucher is not even 12 months old. Unfortunately, she has had a prolonged recovery after major surgery which prohibited the ability to use the voucher any sooner. Management refused to honour the voucher under these circumstances and quite frankly do not care at all given they have my hard earned money already. luxuryescapes.com should be to blame too.

Lovely resort in a great location. And if you're a golf fanatic, the place to be.
Great as a conference facility too.
Staff were on the ball and helpful.
The onsite bar and restaurant Hanners was also good, catering to hundreds each day. If there's any negative, the coffee is terrible!
Rooms and bathrooms very spacious and clean and had a balcony also.
Walking distance to the beach.
