Terrible place, I would never support back yard breeding as they have such cruel practices and this pet shop sells for money not for love. They have a yellow crested cockatoo as you go through the door which has been there for a long time, his cage is so dirty, he has no food no water and only 2 little perches to sit on. He scratches continuously possibly from might's, he is also next to 2 old freezers the motors of these freezers heat up at night and he is left in this cage when they close and go home. So imagine how hot it must get in summer. Pet shops like this one should be closed down. Shame on heartless humans like these.
This store sold me a flea infested animal. When I complained I was advised that they do not need to ensure their animals do not have fleas and they in fact sold at least half a dozen of the same animal that day. The fleas infested my carpets and upholstery. The only response I got from the store was, too bad. All I wanted was for the animal to be treated, as they are required to do by law. I would never purchase another animal from this store and I feel sorry for the countless other customers who have now introduced fleas into their homes, animals and family. It is a disgrace and they should be ashamed.
