Perfect Quick Cut

Bungled my haircut I went in looking better than when I went out. They cut my hair much shorter than what I had asked for and did really short awkward looking layers. There is also a language barrier so it is difficult to communicate with staff.

Terrible service, they were really rude, did a terrible job (which is hard when you're shaving someone's entire head to a # 3 and then charged me $27! Ridiculous.

I came in today and was served by a staff who spoke little English and when I asked the staff for a thin line, the staff instead made it very thick. I spoke to another staff about it but they said there was nothing that could be done and that it will grow back- not even a "sorry"!! Every opportunity I get I will share this very negative experience at quick cuts Burwood!!

Extremely disappointing service. Took my 12 year old son in the week before his Year 6 Farewell to have hair cut - the hairdresser did terrible job - they should not be cutting hair. Took him back there that afternoon as was dissatisfied, they had another go and made it even worse (wouldn't have thought it was possible). Had to take him to different hairdresser the following morning (he had to miss school) as I wouldn't allow him to walk around looking the way he was. I was very stressed.
