Perfecto

We recently thought we would go back to Perfecto's to see if it had improved since our last disappointing experience there several months ago, when the pasta we tried from there was swimming in grease. This time we tried two medium pizzas. One was chicken with barbecue sauce and the other was Mediterranean. The chicken turned out to be lumps of fatty pressed chicken sausage and was picked off and discarded by all three of us. The Mediterranean had only scant amounts of the ingredients we chose it for such as artichokes and fresh tomato. We couldn't find the eggplant and the asparagus was represented by two small hard sticks. The topping looked roughly thrown on, two slices had a small piece of artichoke and the rest had none. We love this place. They not only do great pizza, but also make delicious pasta's, scotch fillet steak, veal and whole chicken breast meals with chips/veggies/salad and amazing sauces (REALLY GENEROUS PORTIONS). The veggies that go on the pizzas are super fresh, I've seen them chopping up whole onions, capsicums and mushrooms!! They will pretty much make you what ever you need, whether it be your own pizza or pasta creation, or changing ingredients in meals to cater for intolerance's and taste preferences. The staff are lovely and friendly and the cook in the kitchen seems to remember everyone's orders! Great service. Are open every night of the year minus Christmas Day and do home delivery from Cronulla to Miranda and every suburb in between. We decided to give this Pizza place a go as its so close to home, I think the pizza & Pasta we ordered was ruined by manufactured chicken :( I wish my husband had of checked what chicken they use in their pizza's etc - other than that the capriciossa was ok - I think it comes down to quality of ingredients.

Other than that all staff were lovely and service was great.
