I really should have come here first before booking my car in for a service...I was told that my car needed a head gasket replaced in December and that it would be ready mid-January. In mid-January I contacted the sales rep and was told it would be ready by the end of the week. Vechile was not ready by the end of the week. After missing out on events over Christmas because I was not offered a loan car I was given a loan car and told another 1-2 three weeks for my car before it would be ready. Here we are 2 weeks later and I was told second hand (through a relative who also got their car serviced and enquired about my car) that it would be another 3 weeks. No contact from the service rep to tell me any of this. At no stage have they contacted me first. Have been quoted far quicker and lower price since but sadly with Subaru having all the parts there now I am left to wait this out. Do your research ahead of time and look elsewhere. Honestly not worth the hassle. ...read more

My experience is the same...bad, unhelpful and expensive. The servicelight and the enginefault lights were on the car. The car was under 3rd party warranty so I took the car in. They charged me over $960 to service the car but then engine fault and Engine lights remained on. I had to book the car for another day so they can specifically look into that. On the second appointment , it cost me $165 more still no result and they argued that they are not agent for peugeot anymore. Absolute ripoff.
They could have told me from the start we can't do it. I am thinking of taking them to ACCC. I have all the invoices. Real nightmate! I am going to go to Whirpool forum too and even Peugeot Australia

Under no circumstances would I suggest you use the service team here. The list of issues is too long but (1) promised a part within 10 days (apparently spoke to parts warehouse in Sydney), took three months, (2) charged my credit card for the part on the basis it was going to be 10 days, (3) after 10 days, couldn't get a single person to ring me back to update me on where it was at, (4) no apology for the delay. (5) sourced the part for myself independently and found an installer, cost less than a third of Performance quote, (6) emailed, rang, Messenger, website "contact us" form - NOTHING for a month and then get a call to say the part is in and did I want to book for the repair, when they had an opening in a months time, (7) would not refund me my prepayment on the part (although I could come and collect the part now I had paid for it), (8) outlined all of this to the "service" rep and she promised her Manager would call me back but....NOTHING. Just pathetic. Do not use ...read more

three phone calls, finally a response. requested an email and no response after three weeks. they removed to rubber stops and didnt replace them, has cost me $55 to replace through melbourne. asked for a price to code a key, told two hours $460 get there and once they found out the dealer was paying for it took 15 minutes. these guys are pathetic and are out to grab as much cash as possible. will be taking it up with porsche australia.

WOEFUL service - 9 weeks and $4500 to replace a sensor - Rude and sarcastic Female Service Manager - we had to keep ringing for updates and got fobbed off saying the Jeep sensor was still on its way from USA - seriously 9 weeks! We are talking about a crank case sensor that the equivalent is $27 for a Toyota for instance! Total rip off - this is after we paid them over $1000 for a full service a few weeks prior. Wish we had have known about this business poor service and outrageious prices and we could have avoided them - too late for us but BEWARE especially if you have a Jeep!
