Performance Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance

Was not happy with this service at all, they drastically under quoted ( said 4 hours took 7) cost almost double, turned up the second day 3 hours later than they said they would which lead me to wasting my whole day after driving from the Gold Coast. When they arrived they were shocked that it wasn't clean - Isn't that why I am paying you ! They didn't clean the Chrome on the Taps and fittings etc, carpets were hardly cleaned my partner had to re do them. The place was only 6 months old and was dirty from removalists coming in and out, very disappointed in this service. Not professional service at all

Very lackadaisical with time management, had to wait an extra week to get carpets cleaned as both machines were broken. Was continuously advised that they would be cleaned on a certain day and time which would change only from a matter of hours of arrival to either the next day or another time. Skirting boards in the main bathroom had dust left all around the walls. Very ordinary clean. Overall would not recommend as we could've done a better job ourselves

Thanks for cleaning today - the real estate agent said the place looked 'beautiful'! Please find below payment receipt. We would also like to schedule the next clean for either late next week or early the following week , and then we can go back into a fortnightly cycle from there.

I received the most appalling service from Performance Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance. Firstly, the cleaners never turned up on the initial day the job was booked, then on the second date, the cleaners turned up 1.5 hours late, and their excuse: "I new you were not there so I didn't think it would be a problem." And when they finally arrived, they left immediately because the job wasn't what they expected, despite being briefed on the cleaning.
