You stay informed every step of the way, so that we can get you feeling better, faster.


HOW WE WORK!
Myotherapy is drug free, natural and is a proven discipline. It reduces your symptoms, but more importantly, it address's your condition specifically. At Performance Myotherapy, its all about making you Move better so you can Feel Better. We work to:
* Remove trigger points from muscles, which decreases pain and improves function by ensuring that these muscles contract correctly to stabilise joints and provide maximum strength.
* Improve local blood flow to damaged tissues which boosts the immune system to heal damaged tissues and remove toxins to reduce pain.
* Realign joints ensuring that full range is provided to the limb and decreases the risk of further injury.

We also liaise with your Personal Trainer, GP, surgeon, or anyone else that's involved in your healthcare

You do not require a referral to see a Clinical Myotherapist. You can bring your scan or test results with you too, and we can go through them with you so that you are better informed about your health. ...read more
