athletic success through scientific designPerformance Programming provide running training groups, technique-based running clinics and group pesonal training sessions in Sydney's Inner West and Lower North Shore.
The sessions are run by Brent Harris and Matt Rockell. The guys are both passionate about endurance sport in general but particularly running and cycling. Both Brent and Matt have a strong academic background in biomechanics and physiology and the practical experience in training and racing for performance to back up the theory.
Both of them are still competing in races ranging from 5km to marathons on the road and fire trails.
