best chai in Brisbane - spicy and brewed perfectly ! Friendly service and lovely atmosphere.

Decided to try Perks for breakfast as it is always busy. The food was okay. Simple food done well but not anything that really stood out for us. Coffees were great though as was the Turmeric Latte. Service was not very attentive at first but got better towards the end of our time there. Food came out relatively quickly.

Great coffee and meals, cakes are a little so so like every coffee shop but the menu items make up for that
You can sit inside or outside and they are open early when most places at Garden City are still shut
Staff friendly and attentive

My local go to for coffee when at Garden City Westfield, have had some great meals there also. Just a nice place to meet up with friends and relax.

What a gem of a cafe in the ultra modern Westfield at the hub of upper mount Gravatt.

I had a great breakfast here while visiting friends.

The only draw back was the wait staff, who seemed to care very little about serving. One actually took a break after taking our order and then it seems forgot to process the order into the kitchen.
