Used Perri's for the first time thanks to a Groupon Deal. I got great service by Teena who went through the foils process with me and colour options, etc. (as it was first time for foils). Will continue to use Perri's for all my haircut/colour needs. The Knox City store has now moved to Fountain Gate, which suits me better. All the staff are lovely there and make you feel welcome.
Well, that was shortlived. After using Perri's with the Groupon Deal twice more, they told me they would not honour it as it was costing them too much! The end cost to me would be more than double, so I chose to go elsewhere.
As an add on to my previous comment, I only used my voucher twice more, after being told that they were unable to honour them anymore due to the price (they weren't making any money on it). Well, tough! I purchased the offer, you should honour it. But they made it clear that they would not. I will not use Perri's ever again, after now having found a better hairdresser, that does foils the correct way!
Ive never written a review before but felt compelled to. I had a voucher to come here and was expecting to be treated a bit second rate like a have with previous salons using a discount voucher, but i have to say this was not the case. Paul & Chris went above and beyond to help me with the look i wanted to achieve (going from black to light brown) , explaining each step to me and giving me advice on what was possible. They went above and beyond to help me and I have to say it is the best cut and colour i have ever had. Chris is truly a perfectionist and loves hairdressing and it shows in his work. I will definetely be going here more often.
