Due to my normal hairdresser being on sick leave I decided to give this place a go because i was in desperate need of a colour. I got the option of foils seeing as I still like natural look.. After spending two and a half hours waiting I finally saw 'the masterpiece' never in my life had I been so upset.. It was absolutely dreadful the colour was horrible and the constant compliments made me feel even worse, to my surprise I thought I'd be paying at least $140 the staff turn around and say $260. My hair was not long barely touched my back never again.. The aftermath of the blonde is disgusting.. The same with me constant you need to improvise on your shampoo and conditioner disappointed by the two hour ordeal ...
I paid $77(full price) for a below average haircut 'experience'.
1/ Hair wash and cut was rushed and felt as though it was done properly
2/ Hairdresser kept nagging and putting me down about the shampoo & conditioner I was using. Felt really uncomfortable towards the end.
3/ The blow dry was painful, burnt my skull a few times
4/ Outrageous price at a salon that isn't even award winning
