Customer service here leaves much to be desired. Used a coupon site for here and they were reluctant to book the appointment, and then insisted that I turn up with a printed version of the coupon as would not accept the email on my phone. They did a terrible dye job, my hair is black and they only added to the colour build-up. They also did not take care when applying the dye and managed to give a new hairline with the dye left on my skin. I would not recommend going here to anyone.
