I ordered a new floating floor from this company which was installed on the 1st and the 2nd October 2020. I paid $13,000.00 in advance.
Despite a plentiful supply of floorboards due to the fact that I had bought 2 additional boxes so the colours and textures of the floorboards could be matched, the installation process made no attempt to match the positioning of the floorboards. The result was a mess of mismatched boards that that looked very amateurish and unprofessional.

I bought and had installed floor boards from Persian Art Gallery in November last year.
I was guaranteed by them that if there were any problems that they would fix it under the 1 year warranty.
After only 6 months the floor boards in one part of the house buckled and raised up of the floor by 2-5cms to the point that we can not walk over them
and must step in between the buckled boards.
