i am very disappointed with the recent so called ombre of my daughters hair, she was totally misled she was asked if she had used boxed colours and was not informed that her hair would look nothing like the picture. i appreciate they would of known that her hair would have a reaction to the so called foils, but looks nothing like the picture, this cost us 200.00, she was told that it would be stripped, itwas not! the manager then went on to say that i was hostile when i telephoned and asked if we used pantene or tresemme but we do not - was this an excuse that they had messed it up! then went on to say that if shewanted it lighter she could come back down and they would put so more foils in! but there concern was for the well being of her hair. At the end of the day she should of been told a. that it would look nothing like the photo straight away - they did not, or else we would not of bothered. i will be telling people about this salon also will be contacting consumer affairs ...read more

Every time I return to this Hair Dresser to have my hair cut and coloured, I leave feeling very satisfied. They ask, and then listen to how you would like your hair done, giving advice if required. The staff are all lovely and friendly, and I always feel welcome in the salon. My hair is very fine and difficult to manage, but since going to Personal Image Hair & Beauty, the cut I get there gives my hair lots of body and it looks so much fuller.

Friendly reasonably priced hairdresser, they did a fair job with our kids (including a 7 year old who doesn't really like getting her hair cut!). They've got decent opening hours on Saturdays too, so don't have to rush out of bed - though I think they close by about 3pm. In a small shopping centre with easy parking so no hassles there.
