Booked this company to take my daughter and her friends to a nightclub in Perth for her birthday. The bus arrived with empty beer bottles and cans on the seats and spew on the floor. The driver said not his problem he was just the driver. On contacting them re this, I found them very rude and hard to deal with and no compensation. Think twice about booking this company.
Our booking arrived 30 minutes late throwing off our entire evening, event plan and catering. No apology or partial refund from Perth Maxi Charters despite multiple attempts to get in touch before turning to social media to review accordingly. I had provided my mobile number to advise me personally if bus would be late, but no contact was made via my mobile. No attention to detail or customer service to speak of. Book at your own risk!
They completely stuffed up our wedding guests transfers and when we rang to complain the next day the management couldn't care less, we put our complaint in writing and we still didn't get a response. The staff was so rude, a wedding guest had to get out of the bus to direct them when they were making a turn. From our whole wedding this was the worst company and the only major stuff up we had. REALLY DISAPPOINTING....
