PMCC's Principal is Mary Choy (B.Sc., LLB(Hons), GDLP, GDFDR). Mary is a qualified and registered Lawyer with experience in Commercial, Property, Employment, Wills and Estates and Family Law.

Mary is also a qualified and accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner working with clients in both the private and public sector (incl. Legal Aid WA) specialising in Family Mediation, assisting families and children affected by separation or divorce to make proper arrangements of their children and financial affairs without the need to go to Family Court. Mary is authorised to issue section 60I certificates to enable parties to proceed with an application to the Family Court in children's matters where necessary.

As a qualified mediator, Mary is able to perform a broad range of mediations across different industry and community settings.

Mary works alongside other qualified experienced mediators and counsellors to provide the best possible holistic service to clients and the community.
