Perth Mediation Services have experienced, accredited and fully qualified Mediators who are able to assist you to resolve your family dispute. Mediation sessions are available during business hours or after hours and weekends.
All Mediators at Perth Mediation Services are legally trained and are accredited and experienced Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners.
Perth Mediation Services specialises in Family Mediation. We assist families who are affected by separation or divorce to work out appropriate arrangements for their children (i.e. Parenting Plan) and/or financial settlement (i.e. Property Agreement), as an alternative to going to Court.
If Mediation is not successful or appropriate, as accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners who are registered with the Attorney General�?�¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s Department we are authorised to issue a Section 60I Certificate under the Family Law Act 1975 to enable the matter to proceed to Court.
