had quite a good experience with the reception service and one of the doctors. I had trainings in Perth, little time in between. The reception offered a slot, I was 2.5 hours earlier and there was again plenty of flexibility to let me have a slot of someone, who didn't show up, even thou there were patients waiting. So it looks like they have there timing right, not much waiting needed.
I waited ten minutes.
The doc took enough time, explained and showed ear related graphics on her monitor to me.
They don't bulk bill, and here it seems to pay out
I had to wait an hour to see the doctor. When I finally saw the doctor I was barely in there for 1 minute. Before I could finish telling the doctor what was wrong with me, the doctor had already printed out my prescription and bill!!!! I had to get a test done in level 1 and my results would be given to me 2 days later. On the given day I called 5 times, the reception staff told me the results were out but the doctor hadn't looked at them! I desperately waiting to know what was wrong with me. I am in customer service and never have I seen such service. They overbook, make patients wait , don't give you enough time.
