My mom was into the whole organic movement, and she was pretty anxious about having a pest control company spray chemical into the house. She viewed all chemicals as bad. So I had the folks over at Pest Free Sydney have a quick chat with her, where they explained how people living in the house would not be affected by anti-pest medication. They were pretty understanding with her, and thank god they convinced her because we used to have a serious rat infestation before they came to our help.
Our old home had been built in the 80s - a log cabin in the heart of nature. We were OK with birds, but serious vermin like cockroaches and rats were obviously not welcome. But maybe nature intended otherwise, because we had all the signs of an infestation. After trying out all the classic solutions from the local hardware store, including traps, we realized we needed help. Pest Free Sydney was what we found online, and surprisingly they were pretty good at clearing our house in days!
I would not recommend this company's services at all- extremely disappointed. We have not had any specific problem with bugs in the past and always keep the home clean & free of food scraps, but have gotten pest control as a preventative measure in recent years. However a mere month after pest control from Pestfree Sydney and we started to see more bugs than I have ever seen at home. I see at least 5 a day now, and a spider literally just crawled across my arm 15 minutes ago while I was in bed.
We were drawn in by Pestfree's low price offer but I now see how effective the other pest control companies we've used in the past are in comparison- Pestfree does not stand a chance. It is up to you whether you want to "save" $50 or so on totally ineffective pest control of zero value, or spend a little more to receive a service that actually provides some benefit. I will not tell you which to choose, but it is certainly an easy decision for me.
Pestfree came out and inspected our property for termite to find a subnest in the wall cavity.they recommend a termidor treatment with also a termidor dusting,we got several quotes only to find that PESTFREE quote and treatment methods were the best we received,Ross from PESTFREE made it look so easy and at all times and kept as informed of what was taking place within the treatment at all time.
We strongly recommend PESTFREE to anyone seeking termite prevention or treatments.

I used Pestfreesydney - Hurlstone Park's services recently. I would certainly not recommend them. Their customer service is poor and service is equally bad. My home is still not pest free and they want me pay them once again for a second service but will still not guarantee anything. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. You are better off buying Moretin from supermarket and spraying it yourself.

I went over your invoice and the booking details and not to my surprise I seen that the tech had tick the boxes indecating that you will need a second service due to the high activity of german c/r.
Also the tech mentioned poor hygiene was present at the time of treatment,I know this all sounds Qharsh but as a pest control company we need to rate the places we treat,due to the fact that most clients that have bad German cockroaches is because their hygiene is very poor and they lack good house keeping skills,and in your chase both those problems were evident.
As stated in your invroice you would need a second service to get rid of the the cockroaches that will be hatching from the egg chases,this prosses could take up to 4-6 weeks before you get a very good results,and also you will need to do a follow up treatment.
