I do not recommend this store. We visited and enquired about the puppies. They were very evasive and wouldn't answer our questions about their origins. They also couldn't provide relevant paperwork. I felt sorry for the dogs but we had to walk away without. They can't stand by their livestock so I can't r
Buyers beware on on the 14th January 2017 I purchased what I believed was a three-month-old hand reared baby corella from your store but instead ended up with a very sick bird. Within two days of bringing him home, his health deteriorated rapidly. I took him to the vet for a check up and was told by the vet that this bird had been sick for quite some time ( Severe Thrus) and intestinal worms could possibly have beak and feather disease. I was also informed by the vet that he was an adult bird and not actually a three-month-old baby as I had been told initially. I was also told that his sickness was very contagious and that my other parrots were at risk of becoming sick too. I contacted the store and they accused me of providing him with inadequate care and causing him to become sick, the nerve of these rude people, very unhelpful. Very poor effort from this store and their staff.
I have been a customer for years now through its many locations.
They seem to have alot to hide and will not answer simple questions when enquiring about their animals... they simply block you on facebook and delete any questions.
My business will now be going to either Macarthur Pets or Stefmar both only 5 mins from this pet store.
pet and aquarium world always put the Animals 1st no matter what it may be. The staff always friendly and welcoming and know what they are talking about. I highly recommend them to anyone any time. Near or far. Thank you to the staff and owners for ways providing nothing but the best of the best.
