Pet Circle

I bought pet food from Pet Circle last year, price was okay, delivery quick. So I bought again from them again this year. BIG MISTAKE!

Now they have my details they think it's an open invitation to send me pet food every couple of weeks, and charge my PayPal account for it. No I DIDNT sign up for a frequent supply of huge amounts of dog food. I have one dog not a huge pack of wolfhounds!

My advice, never buy from them. Once they have your details you'll be their frequent customer, whether you want to be or not!

Not Bashful in taking your money.
Message to Pet Circle after no concern from them.
Start packing your tinned dog food properly, put cardbox separators or packing in between each can if you cant deliver the goods undamaged,the way they should be then you shouldn't be in business.
This is not an isolated occurrence they also have previous history of this.

I've ordered from this company a number of times. Postage is super quick and the instructions (e.g. to go through the gate and leave the package on the porch) are always followed. Everything is always wrapped properly. I've ordered special food for my cat as well as packets of kitty litter and never had a problem. Navigating the website is easy and the price point is competitive. The also offer live chat on the website.

I ordered my Royal Canin, Beagle biscuits and was promised delivery in two days maximum. Which is important to me as one of my Beagles has epilepsy and need a stable non changing diet. But two days late and non answered 4 emails I started to panic. Only after 7days after they informed me they never had stock in the first place and were apparently just stringing me along. And to make matters worse they were put out that I wanted a refund, they thought I should wait till up to the end of the year to get them from them. They reluctantly said they would refund, but I still haven't got it.

Apparently they used to be good, according to friends who have used them in the past, But since their expansion, the customers come last and they couldn't be bothered. Wish I had researched them before ordering, but wasn't expecting trouble from such a simple order.

Do yourself a favour and avoid the frustration with dealing with them.

Their prices were very average compared to other pet food companies but I had a voucher for a percentage discount which together with creating an auto delivery brought the cost of my purchase to just below other companies. I paid via PayPal and received confirmation of the transaction. I was stunned the next day to see more money that I HADN'T authorised had been deducted from my PayPal account. I contacted Paws for Life and was told they had mistakenly given me a percentage discount on the entire order not for the one item per the voucher and therefore then charged me more later. It was due to a glitch in their IT department, I was told. I had to contact Paws for Life several times to try to resolve the issue and in the end had to submit a complaint to PayPal for this to be sorted out.
