Pet City-Mt Gravatt

CAUTION. Customer loyalty appears to mean nothing. Purchased fresh water fish and coral. Advised we could not purchase some other fish we wanted because there was a disease in the fish. Four days later, all purchased fish and many other fish dead. Had water tested independently with results suggesting water not the cause. Took water and dead fish to Pet City and was told water caused the death and were not prepared to help any further. Been a Pet City club member for more than a decade. Member CL32400. Member no more. Business must be booming if you can afford to blow off customers that have spent thousands over the years.

Be warned. The staff there are paid on a sales commission basis, and will tell you anything you want to hear to get a bigger pay cheque. Shop around and you will find their prices are very high.
