Established since 1993, we provide a personal grooming experience to suit the needs of both our human and canine clients. From you basic clip and clean up to more fancy breed clips and personalised extras. Including mud packs for dogs, semi-permanent canine colour and specialised shampoos to suit all coats and skin types. Flexible appointment times though you do need to book ahead. You may always stay and watch with a free coffe/tea while watching on our closed circuit tv.

Congratulations to all the girls at Pet Perfection.
My "rescued" 4 year old came to us through a half way house (saved from the pound).
Have to say she was not very presentable or attractive at the time but once she was in the house - how could you send her away.
After three years of care and attention from the girls at Pet Perfection - we now have a beautiful 7 year old girl who is on the receiving end of many compliments every time we take her out... "she's so pretty", "look at her coat," "what a beautiful face" (which has become even more beautiful now that her ears have grown so long and kick out at the ends - giving her a "Sandra Dee" look as I call it.
All thanks to Pet Perfection .. Your care and attention have certainly paid off for this little girl.
This week, took my dog to be groomed. First, they did not have his appointment booked. We left him and he was fully groomed.. When we picked him up, we noticed he was stressed. On the way home, noticed blood on the car seat. They cut his nails and his right paw, cut too short , he was bleeding. He had to see the vet to be treated and bandaged. It was a very costly day for us. Pet grooming, showed no empathy. They took no ownership. Blamed the dog and us for it. Blamed him for walking on concrete. Spoke to us like a child. Professionals, I think not. They lack customer service skills, communication skills. I will not be going there again.
We did have no record of booking which on the odd occasion does happen but we happily fitted client in. As for the cut nail/pad we called the vet, they advised it was a bleeding nail only and was bandaged on request to keep car/furniture clean. Cut/bleeding nails do occur on occasions whether done by vets or groomers and we have no problem in advising clients when this occurs, unfortunately there was no sign of blood during the groom or the half hour after the groom while the dog was in our care. When client picked up the dog he checked the feet as he had requested them to be trimmed short and no blood was present then either. In saying that it is still possible for a nail to bleed after this time due to many reason in which I was trying to explain to client but he would not let me speak, and walked out before I could offer in goodwill to pay unnecessary vet bill(as had they called us straight away we could have fixed for free as was not a medical emergency). This offer is still open.
The appointment was booked. 2 weeks ago. The mother took the booking. Not in a habit of turning up without an appt. not my fault. Offer to pay vet costs was only made after we posted our review. It's not the mont. we do not accept the offer.. Too late! They are careless, and take no responsibility for anything. Vet said it does not happen often. Not with professionals. Clearly they are not. It is not the money !!
Used Pet Perfection for the first time in December 2012. They were very accommodating even though it was a busy time they made an appointment for us on short notice. All the staff were very friendly and paid particular attention to my nervous little dog. Three months later we went back. This time I had a special request that my dog be clipped shorter. Again they were very accommodating to my request and explained why going too short may not be the best idea for my dog. They are excellent groomers better than most hairdressers I have been to! My dog looks gorgeous thanks to PP.
Today my dog was groomed by Pet Perfection. I am totally disappointed with the service. Disappointment is not strong enough to describe how I feel about this establishment. My dog's hair was pulled out from the top of his neck to the point that the bare red skin is seen with plenty of wounds all over this top body. He cannot wear his collar! As a family we are so upset to see him like that. I strongly recommend not use this place if you love your pet!
This morning, I called Pet perfection and asked when the next available appointment would be. I have just adopted a Cavalier King Charles, and have NEVER had to get a dog groomed before. The lady was so friendly and said they could do it right away!
My Dog, Buddy, was quite "woolly"...he had his coat neatly clipped to make him smooth, a doggy bath, his nails clipped and his ears trimmed. When I saw him, I was SO HAPPY He looked amazing! He was also very happy. They finished him off with a spritz of cologne. The service was also VERY reasonably priced! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thanks guys for an amazing job and I look forward to bringing Buddy back! :D
