Good pet products. But please be careful when purchasing puppies from this store. We purchased 2. Both cross breeds. 1 had a viscious temperament and was anti-social from the beginning even barking at other puppies when we took him to puppy class. He began to bite us. We couldn't get him clipped at a top notch professional salon. He would go beserk. So we would have to have him anaesthetised at our local awesome Vet just to get him clipped and nails cut etc. And he had a very pronounced overshot lower jaw. The other puppy was also snappy and would bite visitors to the home. We ended up surrendering them eventually to the local council. At the interview with the local council dog carer, one of the dogs bit her. Twice. So, please be careful about purchasing unpapered dogs from this store. Better to go to a registered breeder.

Head here on a regular basis as i have a zoo at home. If buying from them all the time the loyalty program is great if you keep the same brand of food each time. Aquarium section is great especially if you want marine fish or coral. Freshwater selection is great as well, i love the native display. Bird section can be a bit dusty but generally has everything i need. I don't keep reptiles so can't comment too much on them as i rarely head upstairs.

I bought three fish (different colours from my others) from this store a few weeks ago. One was pregnant so I kept her aside so her babies would not get eaten. When she gave birth, I put her back in my pond with all my other fish and then the trouble started. The babies started dying and even after intensive investigation, I couldnt figure out why. Then, one bought fish dies, then the mother of the babies dies. Now, my previously healthy fish are dying! The guy I spoke to says judging by the symptoms its bacterial. Interesting that this bacteria only came into play upon introducing these new fish to my pond. I got my fish from a relative, whose fish are still going strong, so there is nothing wrong with my fish. Those fish have been in there since January, thriving, and now, since I introduced the other fish, theyre dying. this place is a fun and awesome place to get cheap animals example i got my dog from there $423 usally he would of been 998 and it has reptiles and lots of animal supplies for ur pet and has great prices and service and they even have a mexican walkin fish how awesome now u cant get better prices then tht remmber pet supastore........ :)

This is a big store with lots of stuff, but it is extremely expensive and it is very hard to get served by anyone. I visit monthly on average but nothing seems to improve, stock is shifted around but still very overpriced compared to other pet shop in Capalaba Park Shopping Centre which can be less than half the prices of this shop. If they dropped their prices and got a few more staff this could be a really good shop.
