My daughter took my sick dog in for her scheduled operation only to be told that the money had to be paid UP FRONT. The dog was turned away. I'm a disabled pensioner with a disabled child. I can't afford to waste petrol. I rang them to express my disgust and was told that there must be a misunderstanding so my daughter rang them back to see. No misunderstanding. They definitely will not take the dog without prepayment. I now have a very sick dog which I've already spent $150 on with these incompetant people. I won't be going back. Don't waste your money like I did. All the awards in the world won't save your animal or the stress these people put you through.

Beyond DISAPPOINTED with Northgate Groomers (not Broadview) Our golden retriever went in for a winter tidy up trim which was explained to us as a "6mm" trim, upon picking her up we found her shaved with clippers head to paw (a part from her tail). It's mid winter and she is now freezing besides obviously feeling repugnant. My advice is to be very specific with the groomer otherwise they will turn your beautiful pooch into a ferret, after all grooming is charged by amount. NEVER AGAIN.
