After terrible treatment at Greencross vets I was recommended to try this veterinary practice by my brother. From the get go they were kind, attentive and helpful. They clearly care about what they do and the animals in their care. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else now.
I used these people for a while but then they recommended some treatment for my cat without really explaining the consequences and outlining long recovery time for the cat and the significant inconvenience to me. A vet friend has since said that both the treatment was probably not necessary and the charge was outrageous. They charged me $80 for a plastic cone to stop the cat biting the stitches, for example. Not going back.
This has to be the most unprofessional outfit I have ever seen in any industry. Staff were extremely rude and disorganised. They quoted one price upon dropping the cat off and upon pickup they have doubled the initial quote with no advice given or mention of it. When I explain that the last time we were here for the same thing and that I was quoted a price yesterday (which they checked the record for mind you) their answer was "either we undercharged or your lying" WOW just WOW! To make matters worse my cat was there over night and she came back starving. Dont take your pet here!!!
