Disgusting customer service Petals on the plaza Springwood. My partner sent me flowers on Valentines Day as he was working away and they charged him $140 for 6 dead roses and I called to complain 15 mins after being delivered on the 14th of Feb and and was told over the phone that I would receive a full refund but that they wanted the flowers back - they even had the nerve to ask that I bring them back myself which I obviously refused and was told a delivery driver would return that day which never happened. The only person to return my call has been the Helensvale store which assured me they would be getting Springwood to sort out but I am still waiting for a call. At this point all you need to do is refund my partners order in full.
I bought some flowers for my wife last Friday afternoon. Was told to change the water everyday to make them last. By Sunday morning they were dead. I returned on Monday morning to tell them. The owner/manager could not have cared less and said that we shouldn't expect more than two days! Next time i will walk the extra 10 metres to Coles - probably fresher and quarter the price!
