It was a great surprise to find this super store in such an easy to get to location. The layout of the store is organised and categorized well so you can easily drop in and navigate straight to the area you need (i.e Fish food, cat toys, etc). The aquarium displays are amazing and they have some great sales where you can bag yourself a bargain on quality pet items. Very friendly and knowledgable staff who offer a speedy service and a quick sign up process for their loyalty card, which benefits their customers with every purchase. Great service, well stocked store, ample parking and will now be my regular store.
We tend to shop their a lot. The staff a friendly. Easy parking. Open long hours. Convenient. A reasonable range of pet supplies. Check the expiry of the puppy milk! We are quite happy with the GROOMING. Their groomer takes pride in her work. Our two year Moodle (Maltese X Poodle) with all his grooming I feel that this groomer is the best we have found. The grooming is consistent. We also have a 6 month old Moodle and the Groomer will not cut her hair until her baby hair is grown out. All other groomers would of cut away. The two year old was just cut by groomers in New Farm from about 5 months. The reason why is that Pet Barn Groomer said that cutting too early can ruin their hair, making it thick and cause. I also have been told that their Groomers are real professionals and hold professional indemnity insurance. I have not yet confirmed this but I have asked other groomers before and they just look at me strangely and say 'what is that".
Limited selection, crowded, noisy and a layer of dust on alot of shelf products. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and there are kittens,rodents, and puppies on hand, but the disarray of the shop was just a turn off.
I think you're talking about 'The Petbarn' at Nerang. I've been shopping at Petbarn Bundall since they opened a few years ago & they've never sold animals except fish, which is why I shop there :-)
